Clean, spacious room. Impressive breakfast with scrambled eggs, cheese, sausages, and tasty coffee. Free parking with ample spaces. Reception staff, especially the blonde lady, provided helpful advice on local attractions and dining options. Grateful for their assistance.

One could dine at restaurants such as Landgasthof Lowen 10 minutes away. Bed was good. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore alpamare. Location, walking distance to all attractions.

The Hotel is located very close to my place of work. The Wine bar is a nice place for a beer & snack.

Does not provide restaurant in-house. Although you wan walk acroos the road to a neighbouring hotel and use that one.

Having a terrace was amazing! It was just a 15-minute drive to Lucerne 😊.

We arrived very late and the receptionist remained very nice and helpfull. We could use the bar however it was about to close. The location is very nice not far away from Luzern. The price very attractive in relation with the quality of this hotel.

The location for me was ideal as my employers offices is only 10mins drive away. The Wein bar ebtry in the lobby has a relaxing and comfortable set up, I was able to collect emails and down a glass of sauvignon blanc at the same time.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the city center and just a stone's throw away from the train station. Guests can easily explore the city and its attractions without any hassle. The rooms are modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big tub for relaxation. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to guests. The continental breakfast offers a nice variety of fresh rolls, bread, and cold cuts.

The hotel can get quite noisy due to its proximity to the main road and railway station, which can be bothersome during the night.

It's a bit far away from the bigger cities - so with no car it's a bit of a problem to get there.

The hotel has a convenient location, being very close to the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. the buffet breakfast is decent, with some good quality items on offer.

The hotel lacks warmth in service and is not considerate towards tour groups.

nice, modern hotel with good facilities. The restaurant at the other side of the street is good, so it isn't a problem that Hotel Arcade doesnt' have its own restaurant.

The train staton is at 50 m. When sleeping with the window open, there's no way to sleep decently. All nigt long there are trains (cargo). If you can sleep with the windows closed and accept the relative high temperatures in the room, then this hotel is OK
